LEGISLATIVE UPDATE 2023

NHLTA Opposes HB 647

HB 647 would authorize private citizen lawsuits against cities and towns. NHLTA stated their position in opposition to this bill.

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, the Judiciary Committee voted to recommend HB 647 Inexpedient to Legislate. The bill now moves to the full House for a vote.
